I am a writer and director from Dublin with experience across film, television and theatre. Below you will find some information on current and past work. For all enquiries please contact Siân Gordon at Lisa Richards Creatives.

ICAD and CPI (Commercials Producers of Ireland) nominated me for an Irish Young Director Award in 2016 (music video category) and an Emerging Director Award in 2019 (short film category). My last short film, MR. ECKLES, was commended in the Screenwriting Goldmine 7 Day Shorts writing competition and was released exclusively through Crypt TV where it currently boasts over 850,000 views across their YouTube and Facebook channels.

My most recent feature, an independently produced feature documentary about the Irish bobsleigh team titled BREAKING ICE, had its world premiere at the Chicago Irish Film Festival in February 2020 and will have its Irish premiere as part of the 2020 edition of the Galway Film Fleadh.
Other credits include the short film JAFFA which was a finalist in the Waterford Film Festival’s Short Screenplay Competition in 2016 before premiering at the Galway Film Fleadh in 2017, the award winning short film TRANSITORY which was created as part of Marchonfilm in 2016 and the crowd-funded indie-feature, SHOEBOX MEMORIES, which premiered at the 10th Dingle International Film Festival in 2016.

I have worked extensively on RTE's longest running drama series, FAIR CITY, handling some of the biggest episodes of 2019 including a four part Halloween special and the 2019/2020 New Year’s episodes.
I am currently in development on a four part digital horror series for the RTE Player titled FRIGHTMARES. The series consists of four interconnecting stories with a digital call-to-action for engagement on social media, through which viewers could unearth alternate endings and extended content that changes the landscape of the episodes and, thus, the series. While the series has been developed, production (originally scheduled for August 2020) is now on hold due to Covid 19. The series will now be released in Halloween 2021

I am currently engaged as Associate Director on ANU Productions newest immersive work, GOAT SONGS, and in 2017 my immersive theatre show, THE LAST SUPPER, premiered to sold out shows in The Whale Theatre in Greystones.

As a writer, I have been a second round finalist at the Austin Film Festivals Screenplay competition for an It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia spec titled FRANK CRAPS HIS PANTS (2013), my original sitcom spec, CHASING FAMOUS (2016) and the feature film, MAD BANDITS (2014). In 2016 my feature film script, A DUBLIN CRIME STORY placed in the top 20% of all entries to the Nicholls Fellowship.
As of writing this bio, my TV drama series, THE GENESIS SECT has progressed through the first stage of the BBC’s Writer Academy programme and I have been short listed for this year’s Kildare County Council short film bursary, the Short Grass Film Commission Award.
